Our latest partners,
Capital Cruises, are proud to announce the unveiling of a new public
trip boat service operating from Willowtree Marina. Every Saturday,
Sunday and Bank Holiday they will be providing public cruises departing
at 1.30pm and 3.10pm.
The itinerary
varies from trips to Bulls Bridge Junction near Hayes, to trips
to the Black Horse, Greenford, all returning to the marina. Cars
may be parked for free at the marina and a final touch to the whole
cruise could be a meal or drink in Quayside Bistro.

The boat itself
is an historic craft built in 1929 for the Midland and Coast Canal
Co., though it was soon sold to the most famous canal carrying company
of them all, Fellows, Morton & Clayton.
It went through
a number of changes over the years and was used as a trip boat in
Sheffield. She was transported down to the marina and, after a periodic
refit, started operation as a trip boat this year.

and snacks are served on board.
